Her skills are readily adapted to various settings and a broad range of participants. Shannan believes fundamentally in transferring knowledge and understanding to deepen your personal Yoga practice. She believes that Yoga is not meant to be a ‘one size fits all’ approach but can be adapted to be beneficial for all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. Her classes are both serious and fun, and she enjoys her role in assisting people to discover how Yoga can add quality to their lives through building self-knowledge, and compassionate understanding. She offers practical tools and skills to build physical and emotional resilience for the benefit of individuals and their communities.
