A bit formal, but useful to assist which payment method suits your circumstances.
The following information is applicable to classes held at Lighthouse Yoga, 13 Charlton St, Exeter, SA 5019. Bookings are essential for each class and can be made by speaking to shannan at class, via text or email shannan.davis.yoga@gmail.com
Payment is to be made in full prior to participating in a class.
Casual attendance
A set fee paid at the time of attending a class for that class only. Total payment is to be made prior to commencement of the class. Casual attendance fee:
General class: $20 or $18 for concession card holders
Ante and post natal class: $22
2 hours workshop: $55
Refund policy for casual classes
As it is not the fault of the studio owner that you are unable to attend, and class space is limited, there are no refunds for classes once booked. Refunds are only offered when a class has been cancelled by Lighthouse Yoga.
Prepayment of a set number of classes
Prepaid tickets are available in 10 and 5 week blocks. Purchase of a block of classes guarantees you a place in each week in a class nominated by you and agreed by Lighthouse Yoga for the duration of the block at a discount rate, cheaper than a casual class price. The classes that will be attended must be agreed at the time of purchase as this assists in managing class size – we are a small studio with a personalized service. Purchase is a place in a specific class that will not be given to anyone else, therefore they do not continue beyond the period you have indicated by your payment and registration.
The fee is to be paid in full prior to attendance to the first class. All prepaid tickets will expire at the end of their block, unless a class or classes have been cancelled by Lighthouse Yoga, when extensions will be given for missed classes.
Prepayment block of classes fees:
10 classes over 10 consecutive weeks fee: $160
10 classes over 5 consecutive weeks fee: $150
5 classes over 5 consecutive weeks fee: $90
5 classes over 5 consecutive weeks course fee: $95
Refund policy for classes
We do not offer refunds or extensions on purchases of any prepaid block of classes. There are no extensions for missed classes.
Cancellation of classes by Lighthouse Yoga
Lighthouse Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes. Participants will be informed as soon as possible and any fees will be refunded in full. Prepaid ticket holder will have their tickets expiry days extended if their regular class is affected by schedule alterations.

Payment options are cash or Electronic Fund Transfer EFT. Proof of payment is required before the beginning of the class for EFT purchases.

Fees for private consultation
The personal consultation appointment duration time and post consultation material preparation time will be billed at an hourly rate. Consultation fee is to be paid on the day and payment of further notes and material is to be paid prior to passing these on.
Initial consultation is to an hour and a quarter (1 ¼) minimum.
minimum follow up consultation are thirty (30) minutes.
Consultation fee $75 per hour
Program write up $35 per hour
Allow 24 hour notice for all cancellation otherwise risk a $25 cancellation fee. This is to cover the preparation work I’ve already done.
The Fee Schedule is subject to change without prior notification.
