Charlton St is narrow so please park on either Harris St or Collins St. 

A bike rack is provided for cyclists.

What to wear
Comfortable clothes to stretch in. Layers are preferable in cold weather as you will heat. No loose shorts or low cut tops please.
Yoga is practiced bare feet, but if you need to wear socks, let the teacher know. Leave your shoes at the door.
No perfume is requested.

What to bring
Bring your own clean yoga mat and towel.
Injuries and health conditions
Please contact Shannan to discuss any health concerns that may impact your ability to do poses. She has many years’ experience assisting people with all aspects of their health, and with knowledge of your condition, she can make alterations in class by personalising poses and techniques. Make contact with her at least 2 hours prior to the class you are attending. Note she has another job and has limited time for conversations Tuesday to Thursday between 7am and 4.30pm. 

For longer conversations and consultations about any health condition or concerns, please book a private consultation with Shannan. This will ensure privacy and to avoid holding a class up with conversations about private concerns.
