Parking
Harris St or Light St. Parking on Charlton St is not permitted as the street is narrow and causes congestion problems within the street.
A bike rack is provided for cyclists.

What to wear
Comfortable clothes to stretch in. Layers are preferable in cold weather as you will heat. No loose shorts or low cut tops please.
Yoga is practiced bare feet. Please leave your shoes at the door, and ensure your feet are clean. If you need to wear socks that is okay, please speak to Shannan about this in advance.
No perfume is requested.

What to bring
Bring your own clean yoga mat. We have ones for sale if you need.
Mobile phones for QR code sign-in. Then please switch your phone to silent or preferably to airplane mode.

Injuries and health conditions
Please contact Shannan to discuss any health concerns that may impact on your ability to do poses well in advance (2 hours at least) of the class you are attending.
For longer conversations and consultations about any health condition or concerns, please book a private consultation with Shannan.
Please refrain from holding a class up with conversations about private concerns. Shannan has many years’ experience assisting people with health problems and will do her best to assist you in improving your health – physical and mental. With knowledge of your condition, she can make alterations in class and personalise poses and techniques but as these are private matters, conversation about them, beyond what is a practical information exchange in class, are to be had in a private consultation.
